Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about ordering, shipping, returns, and our leather goods.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Standard orders are handled in 1–3 business days. Transit time is 4–5 business days after dispatch. Total delivery is typically 5–8 business days from order placement. You'll receive a tracking number by email once dispatched.
No — Aurev Leathers ships within the United States only. We deliver to all 50 US states including Alaska and Hawaii.
Yes — we offer free standard shipping on all orders within the USA. No minimum order value required.
Once dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active on the carrier's website.

↩️ Returns & Refunds
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 10 business days. Your bank may require an additional 3–7 business days to reflect the credit in your account.
Orders may be cancelled before they enter processing. Contact us immediately at support@aurevleathers.com with your order number. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Email support@aurevleathers.com with your order number and photos of the damage within 48 hours. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost — including return shipping.

💳 Payments & Orders
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure payment methods displayed at checkout.
Yes. All payments on aurevleathers.com are processed through secure, PCI-compliant, SSL-encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
All prices are displayed and charged in US Dollars (USD). If paying with a non-USD card, your bank or payment provider will convert the charge at their applicable exchange rate.

All Aurev Leathers products are crafted from 100% genuine leather — no synthetics, no shortcuts. We source premium hides that provide lasting durability, rich texture, and timeless appearance.
Keep leather away from direct sunlight and moisture. Use a quality leather conditioner every 3–6 months. For light cleaning, wipe gently with a slightly damp cloth. Store on a wide hanger in a cool, dry place — never in plastic.
Yes — we offer custom sizing and select personalisation options on certain products. Contact our team at support@aurevleathers.com to discuss your requirements and receive a personalised quote. Custom orders are non-cancellable once production begins.
