Handling & Transit Times
We process every order with care. Below are our standard timeframes from order placement to delivery. Handling begins the next business day after confirmed payment. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.

Standard orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of confirmed payment.

Dispatch & Tracking
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.

Transit & Delivery
Transit time within the USA is 4–5 business days. Total delivery is typically 5–8 business days from order placement.

Transit times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays or unforeseen carrier delays. Aurev Leathers is not responsible for delays outside our control once an order has been handed to the carrier.

Order Tracking & Issues
Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active after dispatch.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or resolution.
Incorrect Address
- Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of order.
- Address corrections after dispatch may not always be possible.
- Additional carrier fees may apply for corrections.
- Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses do not qualify for refund of shipping costs.
