Return Conditions

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Return initiated within 14 days of delivery date.
  • Item unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
  • Item is not a custom or made-to-order product.
  • Item is not marked as final sale at the time of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalised leather items — unless defective or damaged on arrival.
  • Items returned beyond the 14-day return window.
  • Items showing signs of use, wear, alteration, or customer-caused damage.
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags.
  • Gift cards and store credit.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact Our Team

Email support@aurevleathers.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, item(s) to return, and reason.

Receive Instructions

Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide return authorisation and the correct return address.

Pack & Ship

Securely pack the item in original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless item was damaged or incorrect.

Refund Processed

Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refund Timeline

After your return is received and inspected, we notify you by email. If approved, your refund is processed within 10 business days. Your bank may require an additional 3–7 business days to reflect the credit.

Exchanges

We are happy to process an exchange for a different size or colour where stock is available. Contact support@aurevleathers.com within 14 days of delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost — including return shipping.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they enter processing. Contact us immediately at support@aurevleathers.com with your order number. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
